If you have suffered a severe loss or have been exposed to persistent trauma over your life, it will impact your athletic performance and ability to develop and sustain relationships. You will want to ensure you see a professional who is trained in treating trauma and complex trauma. Dr. Claypool has been working with survivors of complex trauma since 2011, and has pursued training in the latest evidence-based treatments to best serve his clients. Healing from complex trauma is possible.
